This work week was complete HELL for me! I was constantly tired (really, I still am), could not get decent sleep for the life of me... OMG this was such a bad work week for me. THANK GOODNESS IT'S OVER!!! I can't take another night of this, seriously. I was barely getting by. Today I'm going to try to stay awake all day so I can sleep at night, then after today/tonight if I have trouble getting to sleep at a decent hour, I'll pop a melatonin. I used to take it as a child to help me sleep (I also used to drink coffee in the morning to calm me down, and yes, it really worked for me). I used to have ADHD REALLY bad as a child, now, as an adult, it has calmed down, but I'm noticing it's not entirely gone and is rearing it's ugly head again. Yay me... (not really, believe me it totally sucks) At least now I can suffer AT HOME!
